Warranty Terms & Conditions
Koseoglu Otomotiv warrants the goods only to the extent of its suppliers' warranties and, excludes all other warranties to the extent permitted at law. As is known, in order to for goods to be covered by warranty, installation conditions and terms of use rules must be observed.
Especially for engine parts to be covered by warranty, Installation must be conducted by authorized mechanics under the technical conditions specified by the engine manufacturers. End user must strictly observe the service intervals. Diesel engines work in conjunction with many parts and interact with one another. Therefore, all parts must have a certain standard quality in engine repairs.
For example, if you replace turbochargers with original replacement unit without using a quality air filter or passing oil change periods , it is inevitable to break even the original turbocharger.
You replaced a new generation oil cooler with original replacement unit. If you do not use antifreeze in accordance with the necessary conditions, it is inevitable to blockage the original oil cooler.
